This study aimed to investigate the molecular sensitization patterns of cats, dogs, and horses in patients with cat and/or dog IgE cross-reactivity other furry animals. In 95 diagnosed allergic diseases sensitized cats dogs (confirmed by specific Immunoglobulin E (sIgE) ≥ 0.35 kUA/L crude dander extracts), sIgE levels components (Fel d 1/2/4), (Can f 1/2/3/5), horse (Equ c 1), as well allergens from cow, guinea pig, mouse, rat, rabbit, chicken, were measured. Sensitization profiles analyzed. Inhibition tests using serum albumin (SA) lipocalin proteins performed. rates extracts animals ranged 16.8% 49.5%. A strong positive correlation between 2 Can 3) rabbit epithelium, mouse pig epithelium rat (rs: 0.66-0.87, all P < 0.05), while family 4, 1, Equ 1) only had a low moderate epithelial above four 0.36-0.65, 0.05). Simultaneous SA these animal accounted for 42.4%. significantly higher SA-positive groups (all 0.05) The results inhibition test showed that Fel 3 high allergens, ranging 66.5% 91.8% 75.8% 91.9%, respectively. When used inhibitors, almost lower than 50%. is primary driver cross-sensitization animals, rather lipocalins.

Improvements in clinical approaches and innovative technological solutions the field of molecular allergy diagnostics have fundamentally changed tactics strategy for managing children with allergic diseases. In particular, is used to make decisions cases suspected food allergy; assess risks life-threatening reactions; optimize elimination diet; identify cross-reactivity; diagnose inhalant allergies determine their significance;to provide optimal recommendations reducing exposure inhalation allergens; rationally select pharmacotherapy allergen-specific immunotherapy; predict course disease, including development atopic march. addition, foundation establishing a system preventing this article, we tried outline main achievements prospects application pediatric practice.
