Nanoemulsion is a new multi-component drug delivery system; the selection of different oil phases can give it special physiological activity, and play role "medicine pharmaceutical excipients all-in-one". In this paper, we used glycyrrhizic acid as natural surfactant, Blumea balsamifera (BB) tea tree (TTO) mixed phase, to obtain green functional composite nanoemulsion. Using average particle size polydispersion index (PDI) evaluation criteria, effects ratio, content, concentration, ultrasonic time on nanoemulsion were systematically investigated. The stability physicochemical properties biological activities BB-TTO NEs prepared via optimum formulation characterized. optimal prescription was BB: TTO = 1:1, 5% 0.7% acid, 5 min ultrasonication time. mean size, PDI, zeta potential 160.01 nm, 0.125, -50.94 mV, respectively. showed non-significant changes in after centrifugation, dilution, 120 days storage. These nanoemulsions found exhibit antibacterial anti-inflammatory activities. minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa 2975 μg/mL, 5950 A lower level inflammatory cell infiltration proportion fibrosis synovial tissue AIA rats treated with NEs. findings demonstrate that produced study have significant for usage areas.

Abstract Background Aquaculture plays an important role in global protein supplies and food security. The ban on antibiotics as feed additive proposes urgent need to develop alternatives. Gut microbiota roles the metabolism immunity of fish has potential give rise novel solutions for challenges confronted by culture. However, our understanding gut microbiome is still lacking. Results We identified 575,856 non-redundant genes metagenomic sequencing intestinal content samples grass carp. Taxonomic functional annotation gene catalogue revealed specificity carp compared with mammals. Co-occurrence analysis indicated exclusive relations between genera belonging Proteobacteria Fusobacteria/Firmicutes/Bacteroidetes , suggesting two independent ecological groups microbiota. association pattern expression modules liver was consistently opposite that Fusobacteria Firmicutes Bacteroidetes implying differential functionality / . Therefore, were considered groups, i.e., Functional Group 1: 2: Further differ genetic capacity carbohydrate utilization, virulence factors, antibiotic resistance. Finally, we proposed ratio “Functional 2/Functional 1” can be used a biomarker efficiently reflects structural characteristics Conclusions resource investigating Multi-omics provides insights into implications main phyla comprise shed lights targets regulation.

Abstract Background Bletilla striata (Thunb.) Reichb. f. ( B. ) is a perennial herbaceous plant in the Orchidaceae family known for its diverse pharmacological activities, such as promoting wound healing, hemostasis, anti-inflammatory effects, antioxidant properties, and immune regulation. Nevertheless, microbe-plant-metabolite regulation patterns remain largely undetermined, especially field of rhizosphere microbes. To elucidate interrelationships between soil physics chemistry microbes metabolites, comprehensive approach combining metagenome analysis targeted metabolomics was employed to investigate tubers from four provinces eight production areas China. Results Our study reveals that core microbiome predominantly comprised Paraburkholderia , Methylibium Bradyrhizobium Chitinophaga Mycobacterium . These microbial species are recognized potentially beneficial plants health. Comprehensive revealed significant association accumulation militarine polysaccharides composition at genus level. Furthermore, we found environment indirectly influenced metabolite profile by affecting Notably, our research identifies organic carbon primary driving factor influencing Conclusion fndings contribute an enhanced understanding regulatory mechanism involving interactions. This provides theoretical basis cultivation high-quality traditional Chinese medicine striata.
