Introducción: la literatura científica reporta que autopsia psicológica desde sus inicios fue utilizada con finalidad de ayudar a determinar las circunstancias muerte una persona, no obstante, en actualidad se acoge más como concepto herramienta procedimental. Objetivo: establecer si Colombia ha utilizado para reconstruir los aspectos pre mortem quienes han fallecido extrañas circunstancias, acuerdo esta. Metodología: realizó revisión sistemática 10 bases datos; emplearon palabras clave “autopsia psicológica” y “Colombia”, bajo ventana observación entre 2010 al 2021; por medio del método PRISMA. Resultados: evidencia durante últimos años el número estudios asciende 19, publicados datos, cuales 16 procedimiento solo tres ellos sí lo hicieron. Discusión: existe tendencia emplear un enfoque clínico respaldar análisis retrospectivos, que, técnica o procedimiento, distancia posibilidad criminodinámica delito, así reconstrucción personalidad, estado mental estilo vida quién fallecido. Conclusiones: resalta exclusivamente campo clínico, sin rigor científico, metodológico validez protocolo empleado.

Abstract This cross-sectional study analyzed data from 12,541 employees aged 19–65 across 26 companies and public institutions who underwent workplace mental health screening. Workplace bullying, categorized into non-exposure, high-risk, targeted groups, was self-reported. Depression assessed using the Center for Epidemiological Studies scale, suicidality measured via a self-reported questionnaire Korea National Health Nutrition Examination Survey. Multivariable logistic regression revealed that 18.7% of women 10.6% men experienced bullying. High-risk bullying were significantly associated with increased odds suicidal ideation (OR = 1.47, 95% CI 1.27–1.69; OR 1.81, 1.36–2.40) suicide attempts 2.27, 1.34–3.85; 4.43, 2.13–9.21).
