The article presents the results of a thorough study clinical and epizootological features bordeteliosis in cats with walking habit analyzed related to identification potential reservoirs causative agent infection. Research analysis obtained data was carried out on basis private veterinary clinics city Apostolovo, Dnipropetrovsk region, period 2022-2024. Patients signs respiratory pathology. In specified period, total 87 sick tract damage were examined. To confirm laboratory diagnosis bordetelliosis, main methods detecting pathogen bacteriological method polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Samples for by taking an oropharyngeal swab, some cases, transnasal washes infectious viral diseases cats, rapid IFA tests (FHV Ag) produced ASAN PHARM (China) ZRbio used. It established that bordetellius infection registered among other pathologies at level 28,5%. As monoinfection, bordetelliosis confirmed 16,5%. found be associated rhinotracheitis calicivirus (22,5% 19,5%, respectively), panleukopenia – 9,5% chlamydia 7,5%. seasonal peak observed spring autumn months. maximum morbidity age 5 weeks 1 year 71,4%. incidence bordetella recorded animals available free range determined 65,4%. Bordeteliosis manifested itself as manifest acute subacute courses, which mucous discharge from eyes nose, increase submandibular lymph nodes, sneezing, coughing.

The gut microbiome, composed of bacteria, fungi, and viruses, plays a crucial role in maintaining the delicate balance human health. Emerging evidence suggests that microbiome disruptions can have far-reaching implications, ranging from development inflammatory diseases cancer to metabolic disorders. Bacteriophages, or "phages", are viruses specifically infect bacterial cells, their interactions with receiving increased attention. Despite recently revived interest phageome, it is still considered "dark matter" gut, more than 80% viral genomes remaining uncharacterized. Today, research focused on understanding mechanisms by which phages influence microbiota potential applications. Bacteriophages may regulate relative abundance communities, affect functions various ways, modulate mammalian host immunity. This review explores how functionality, particularly commensals pathogens, emphasizing health disease.

Bacteria can change morphology in response to stressors and changes their environment, including infection of a host. We previously identified the bacterial species, Bordetella atropi , which uses nutrient-induced filamentation as novel mechanism for cell-to-cell spreading intestinal epithelial cells nematode To further investigate conservation Bordetellae, we utilized turkey-infecting species avium filaments vitro when switched from standard growth media an enriched media. conducted selection-based screen with B. isolated two independent non-filamentous mutants that failed filament highly These contained different alleles bvgS sensor two-component master virulence regulator (BvgAS) conserved across genus. role filamentation, transcriptomics found mutation resulted loss responsiveness highly-enriched media, especially genes related nutrient uptake metabolism. Bordetella pertussis is the causative agent of or whooping cough, an acute and highly contagious respiratory infection that can have serious fatal complications such as pneumonia, encephalopathy, seizures, especially for newborns. The disease endemic not only in European Union (EU)/European Economic Area (EEA) but also globally. Larger outbreaks are anticipated every three to five years, even countries where vaccination rates high. Despite high coverage developed a low rate incidence many during COVID-19 pandemic, has been on rise again, with some places, which referred "re-emergence pertussis". aim this review underscore critical importance achieving coverage, particularly among pregnant women, safeguard vulnerable neonates from their early months, before they eligible vaccination. Abstract Background: Diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL), one distinct origin of hematological malignancies, has caused a major public health problem. However, the molecular mechanisms was not been clearly elucidated. The aim is to explore disease-specific diagnostic biomarkers and improve this situation. Methods: Three microarray datasets (GSE25638, GSE12195, GSE12453) were downloaded from Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database. key genes in DLBCL patients screened by differential expression (DEGs) analysis weighted gene co-expression network (WGCNA). Among all samples collected, Musca domestica vicina Blattella germanica accounted for highest proportion, 27.59% 66.47%, respectively. Their positive rates carrying Staphylococcus aureus were also most significant, reaching 4.35% 6.47%, The mainly came Asia, with proportion coming Hong Kong, 97.71% 92.11%, Metagenomic sequencing indicated that carried different regions Asia generally similar but showed some differences. Flies Southeast East South West harboured unique opportunistic capable causing gastrointestinal respiratory infections humans. Specifically, such as Campylobacter jejuni, Bacillus anthracis, Bacteroides fragilis, Bordetella bronchiseptica, while B. Clostridium tetani, cereus. Our findings provide support future risk assessments vectors.
