Abstract
Background:
Cigarette
smoke
exposure
has
been
linked
to
systemic
immune
dysfunction,
including
for
B-cell
and
immunoglobulin
(Ig)
production,
poor
outcomes
in
patients
with
ovarian
cancer.

Immune
checkpoint
inhibitors

Dendritic
cells
(DCs)
are

CCL21
as
highly
upregulated

lines,
which
recruit

CCL21-CCR7
signaling.

CCL21-treated

suppress
CD8+
proliferation
