Through remote work, business operations have become widespread, providing companies with the capability of accessing a global talent base and flexibility within operations. However, this shift has made corporate networks vulnerable as employees access from their personal devices, unsecured home networks, cloud based collaboration tools. Due to increase attack surface, work environments are becoming more susceptible various types cyber attacks, such phishing ransomware, insider risks, zero-day exploits. The evolving risks no longer allow traditional security models designed for office centralized be effective, requiring move proactive adaptive cybersecurity strategy. Abstract This weekly diary study advances research on strategic renewal by extending its scope into the home domain and integrating Work–Home Resources (W‐HR) model. Drawing 6 weeks of multilevel data from 147 matched dual‐earner couples in United States, we examine how employees' at fosters work through mediating effects flow self‐efficacy. We also test moderating roles family organizational climates for creativity. Due to the increasing use of remote work, understanding dynamics employee support and its implications for job satisfaction work–life balance is crucial. Utilizing Conservation Resources (COR) theory as a theoretical framework, this research investigated how feeling supported by leaders colleagues at work fosters among employees. The study involved 635 workers (females = 61%, mean age, 46.7, SD 11) from various service-based industries public administration in Italy. Results structural equation model showed total mediating effect link between colleague (χ2(22) 68.923, p 0.00, CFI 0.973, TLI 0.955, RMSEA 0.059 (90% CI 0.044–0.075, 0.158), SRMR 0.030), emphasizing role interpersonal relationships within workplace enhancing workers’ and, consequently, their balance. Abstract Drawing on construal level and conservation of resources theories, our paper focuses the psychological distance employees experience from their manager in remote work contexts. We specifically examine role three leadership behaviours (initiating structure, consideration vision communication) employees' perceptions subsequent effects employee task, emotion avoidance coping individual effectiveness outcomes. Using data two independent studies (Study 1: a four‐wave time‐lagged online study remotely working 338 participants; Study 2: 202 hybrid professionals), we found that communication reduced manager, while decreased task coping. Support for serial mediation model was also found, with indirectly influencing performance organizational citizenship withdrawal via then Our research results provide new insights into contexts highlight implications leader responses effectiveness.

Few studies have investigated how remote work influences personality trait–performance linkages over time in heterogeneous populations. Hence, the aim of this study was twofold: (1) to explore predictive validity traits on behaviour (work engagement and innovative behaviour) occupational health outcomes (general sick leave); (2) potentially moderates linkage. Panel survey data from a Norwegian work–life barometer panel research project employed, lag one year. The results indicated that Big Five consistently related outcomes. Extraversion had strongest positive association with (0.25), (0.26) general (0.17), while neuroticism negative (−0.16), (−0.21), leave (−0.23). Agreeableness increases risk (0.11), intellect/imagination (0.13). Remote reduces influence extraversion has engagement, five days week also effect conscientiousness health. did not moderate associated intellect/imagination, agreeableness or neuroticism. This provides updated knowledge post-COVID-19 demonstrates can reduce conscientiousness.

Design thinking (DT) is a widely-used innovation approach characterized by its experience-based character. It revolves around creating innovative solutions through extensive interaction among end-users, team members, and other stakeholders. However, traditional on-site, physical DT sessions are increasingly replaced virtual sessions, potentially undermining the experiential nature of DT. This study examines effects changing from to format on participants' experiences in processes as well resulting outcomes.
