The emergent situation of Covid-19 pandemic has affected all countries around the world. In fact, people from different walks life have been troubled by this outbreak. educational systems as well imposed to transmit on-site on-line learning with poor preparation. Regarding present situation, study conducted aim investigating attitudes EFL Iraqi learners towards on- line during pandemic. A descriptive research design used in study. sample consists (89) preparatory school students at Dr. Ali Al-Wardi high for boys Najaf – Iraq. data collected a questionnaire which fifteen close ended items three Likert scale: agree neutral disagree. These include two essential topic areas: first, students’ (10 items), second, difficulties (6 items). were analysed via SPSS. results revealed that welcome covid-19 and hold positive it. However, there are some drawbacks on -line education concerning internet service/access, paying attention, workload, feasibility, lack social contact.
