Çalışanların işyerindeki davranışlarını, tutumlarını ve genel olarak performanslarını etkileyen en önemli unsurlardan birisi örgütsel destek algısıdır. Örgütlerine yönelik algısı olan çalışanlar, herhangi bir sorunla veya olumsuz durum yaşandığında motivasyonlarını kaybetme olasılığı daha az olabilmektedir. Çalışanın işte var olamama durumu ise örgüt tarafından istenilmeyen olduğu için hem verimlilik de çalışanın sağlığı açısından dikkate alınması gereken yönetsel konulardandır. Bu kapsamada araştırmanın amacı, algılanan desteğin üzerindeki etkisini belirlemeye yöneliktir. Araştırmanın örneklemi Denizli’de faaliyet gösteren kamu özel bankalarda çalışan 345 katılımcıdan oluşmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı anket kullanılmıştır. Yapılan araştırma sonucunda veriler güvenilirlik, faktör, korelasyon regresyon analizlerine tabi tutularak yorumlanmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre üzerine negatif etkisi sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca olamamanın boyutları dikkat dağınıklığından kaçınma işi tamamlama üzerinde yönde tespit edilmiştir.

Background There is an urgent need to better understand the factors that predict mental wellbeing in vocationally active adults during globally turbulent times. Aim To explore relationship between psychological detachment from work (postulated as a key recovery activity work) first national COVID-19 lockdown with health, wellbeing, and life satisfaction of working age-adults one year later, within context global pandemic. Methods Wellbeing Workforce (WoW) was prospective longitudinal cohort study, two waves data collection (Time 1, April-June 2020: T1 n = 337; Time 2, March-April 2021: T2 169) corresponding third lockdowns UK. Participants were >18 years, who employed or self-employed Descriptive parametric (t-tests linear regression) nonparametric (chi square tests) inferential statistics employed. Results Risk for major depression (T1: 20.0% T2: 29.0%, p .002), poor general health 4.7% 0%, .002) 15.4% 25.4%, worsened over time, moderate-to-severe anxiety remained stable 26.1% 30.2%, .15). Purpose Work overload has become a relevant issue in the Information Technology (IT) industry, with negative effects for individuals and organizations alike. Bu çalışma, X, Y ve Z kuşağındaki hemşirelerin işte var olamama düzeylerini belirlemek yaşadıkları sağlık sorunlarına göre bu düzeylerdeki farklılıkları incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma, çevrimiçi bir veri toplama aracılığıyla 514 hemşireye uygulanmış veriler SPSS 23.0 istatistik paket programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular, X kuşağının diğer iki kuşağa daha deneyimli olduğunu genellikle yöneticilere çalışma arkadaşlarına fazla güvendiklerini ortaya koymuştur. kuşağı hemşireler, eklem ağrısı, kas-iskelet sistemi problemleri uyku sorunları gibi sorunlarından en çok etkilenen grup olarak belirlenmiştir. ise genç yeni mezunlar olup, mesleğe pozitif yaklaşım sergilemiştir. Analizlerde, düzeyinin, kuşaklara yüksek ortalamaya sahip olduğu bulunmuştur. düşük, orta seviyede puanına olmuştur. Ayrıca, farklı kuşaklardaki puanlarında anlamlı farklılıklar saptanmıştır. sonuçlar, yönetici ait özel dikkat etmeleri uygun yaklaşımlar geliştirmeleri gerektiğini göstermektedir.

Abstract Aim A summary of studies focusing on the mental health midwives during COVID‐19 pandemic has not yet been conducted. This review aims to comprehensively understand current state midwives' in context and provide valuable insights guide future research. Methods study was based a framework for conducting scoping reviews. The protocol registered before this procedures were carried out according that protocol. Article searches conducted four databases from December 2019 2023. From 921 articles selected pre‐registered criteria, analysis finally included 14 studies. Results total 13 cross‐sectional one longitudinal, with pre‐pandemic data. More than 80% began data collection within approximately 1 year after declared by World Health Organization (by February 2021). Half Asia. Burnout turnover intentions investigated several but used different measures. Only two aimed at positive aspects such as job satisfaction well‐being. Conclusions Most research focused negative burnout intentions. However, most results cross‐sectional, early stages pandemic, so continued follow‐up is needed.

Abstract Aims To assess the relationships in nursing teamwork, psychological detachment from work during nonwork time, and burnout, mediating effect of on relationship between teamwork burnout.
