Building information modeling (BIM) adoption offers significant benefits for construction projects, including enhanced collaboration and legal/contractual management. However, the impacts of BIM deployment on contracts dispute resolution remain unclear. This research analyzed regulatory legal implications in industry via a framework evaluating Contractual Frameworks (CF), Dispute Resolution (DR), Legal Awareness (LA), Risk Management (RM). Fifteen qualitative interviews with experts provided key insights. The results showed CF, DR, LA have large positive impact adoption, while RM has smaller effect. Specifically, clearly defined protocols contracts, efficient mechanisms, knowledge are essential to ensure effective deployment. These findings imply project managers should proactively address contractual factors manage risks, encourage collaboration, adhere regulations when implementing BIM. makes contribution by addressing lack empirical insights aspects adoption. methodology provides in-depth perspectives from experienced practitioners. offer valuable stakeholders worldwide seeking leverage Further comparative across regions industries would continue advance comprehension
