literature
on
dark
side
leadership
and
its
consequences
for
employees
organizations,
there
remains
a
need
more
research
toxic
leadership.
Previous

measurement
dimensions

Abusive
supervision
in
healthcare
settings
can
have
detrimental
effects
on
employee
behavior

patient
care,

mechanisms
mitigating

impact

abusive
patient-directed
service
sabotage,
focusing
mediating
role
workplace
rudeness
moderating
effect
