Purpose The rapid rise in smartphone use has led to declining sleep quality. Abstract Background This study assesses the prevalence of internet addiction, and characteristics sleep quality identifies association between addiction its associated factors. Methods The sample consisted 1293 adolescents enrolled in schools aged 12 to 17 from Jordan. Participants completed Internet Addiction Test IAT Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index PSQI. Results results revealed a moderate total average score (53.88 ± 16.2). PSQI 6.83 3.83, reflecting poor among 68.2% adolescents. A significant positive correlation was found all subscales, with daytime dysfunction as strongest correlates. Multiple linear regression showed that GPA, quality, age were predictors addiction. Conclusion It can be concluded raising awareness students, parents, teachers, about impact on adolescents’ which affects their performance is essential.
