Considering professional level experiences, predominant themes consisted new roles responsibilities workers, burnout distress, recognition ´unseen´ positive changes emergent solutions amid crisis. Organisational findings provision psychological support, as "catalyst" change, exercise more "open" leadership by managers authorities.
