Leaders who have a strong spirit and are creative, innovative skilled needed by one-roof schools, especially in realizing ideal curriculums learning methods. The aim of this study is to describe the efforts school principals creating an curriculum optimal method during Covid-19 pandemic. It uses qualitative approach with multisite research design. location three schools Bondowoso Regency. Data collection was carried out unstructured, in-depth, group interviews, observation, documentation studies. validity data checked using triangulation, member checks, discussions among members, adequacy reference materials. analyzed reduction analysis, presentation, verification, drawing conclusions. Cross-site analysis on constant comparative basis. results revealed that employ varying strategies achieve learning, influenced factors such as students, teachers, infrastructure, local community conditions. also show order realize it necessary compile implement accordance conditions readiness students including knowledge highlighting principle partnership community. This research identified the effect four components transformational leadership (TL) on TR era coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic through role self-efficacy mediation. The study used a quantitative approach, with model structural equation modelling (SEM) causality help analysis moment structure 24.0 (AMOS 24.0) program. involved 332 secondary school teachers as respondent. SEM is build relationship models and analyze direct or indirect effects, while Sobel test conducted for testing mediation hypotheses.
