In school, the teacher must be a role model for students with good attitude during learning process so that behavioral deviations do not occur, such as bullying against and co-workers in educational practice. Deviant behaviors can imitation material students, which impacts teacher's low ethics teaching. This research aims to analyze roles of growth students' character habits. type is qualitative research. The participants this study were 17 teachers an elementary school at least 10 years teaching experience. They collect data using collection techniques, documentation, observation, interviews. Data analysis uses interactive from Miles & Huberman, includes reduction, presentation, concluding. results show are shown their words, attitudes, personality, politeness, discipline, responsibility, tolerance, honesty, caring others have been implemented by influence on student through habituation. Factors support development include community's commitment, curriculum content standards, principal leadership, togetherness, tolerance. ethical values central models communicating behaving help grow today's developments.

The deterioration of primary school students' attitudes in the modern era is a significant concern, especially context character education. This study aims to analyze phenomenon decline value attitude elementary students and identify factors that contribute decrease one school. research used qualitative case approach, with subjects consisting grade V teacher who experienced an attitudinal slump. Data were collected through observation structured interviews then analyzed using interactive cycle analysis method. instruments interview sheets. results showed some marked by dishonest behavior, indiscipline, physical verbal bullying. It can be concluded role schools parents crucial overcoming problem deterioration. Schools should integrate education into curriculum implement Social-Emotional Learning programs help manage emotions build empathy. findings this emphasize not only limited academic but also education, which needs implemented emphasizes moral values social-emotional learning.

This research aims to explore the effectiveness of using video portfolio media in improving speaking skills Indonesia's young generation. Experimental method with pre-test design post-test controls group used this research. Research subjects were divided into two groups: a control who did not use and treatment during period. The results show that can significantly improve experienced more significant improvements than group. Thus, implementing be an effective strategy for competence generation toward realizing Golden Generation future. It is hoped positively contribute developing through media. This study aims find out how implementing P5 schools under auspices Integrated Islamic School Network (JSIT) Lampung, namely SHSIT Insan Mulia Boarding School.
