Abstract
This
White
Paper
presents
the
results
from
a
workshop
cosponsored
by
Sleep
Research
Society
(SRS)
and
for
on
Biological
Rhythms
(SRBR)
whose
goals
were
to
bring
together
sleep
clinicians
circadian
rhythm
researchers
identify
existing
gaps
in
diagnosis
treatment
areas
of
high-priority
research
sleep–wake
disorders
(CRSWD).
CRSWD
are
distinct
class
caused
alterations
time-keeping
system,
its
entrainment
mechanisms,
or
misalignment
endogenous
external
environment.
In
these
disorders,
timing
primary
episode
is
either
earlier
later
than
desired,
irregular
day-to-day,
and/or
occurs
at
wrong
time.

The
quality
and
quantity
of
tumor-infiltrating
lymphocytes,
particularly
CD8+
T
cells,
are

A
growing
body

research
has
identified
circadian-rhythm
disruption
as
a
risk
factor
for
metabolic
health.
However,
the
underlying
biological
basis
remains
complex,
and
complete
molecular
mechanisms
are
unknown.
There
is
emerging
evidence
from
animal
human
to
suggest
that
expression

circadian
genes,

rhythm
disorders
