The three major anatomic regions of the human kidney include cortex, medulla and papilla, with different functions vulnerabilities to diseases. Epigenetic mechanisms underlying these structures are incompletely understood. Here, we performed chromatin conformation capture Hi-C histone modification H3K4me3/H3K27me3 Cleavage Under Targets Release Using Nuclease (CUT&RUN) sequencing on papilla dissected from one individual donor. Nuclear suspensions were generated each region split subjected paired CUT&RUN sequencing. We evaluated quality next-generation data, contact matrices peak calling. H3K4me3 H3K27me3 modifications represent active repressive gene transcription, respectively, differences in between can be analyzed this dataset. All raw processed data files publicly available, allowing researchers survey epigenetic landscape across regional anatomy.
