This cross-national study provides new insights in teacher efficacy today's culturally diverse classrooms using survey data of 269 early childhood and primary school teachers England, Italy, the Netherlands Poland. Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to explore whether, and what extent, collective beliefs emotions towards professional role could predict job satisfaction, above beyond the self-efficacy students. More specifically, we expected satisfaction be incrementally predicted by related (collective efficacy role-related hedonic balance). Design/Methodology/Approach: analysis was performed through administration a questionnaire 266 Italian secondary school teachers. After having assessed measures reliability, correlational analyses hierarchical regression model were performed. This article focuses on the role of teachers' attitudes towards cultural diversity in teaching refugee students Germany. We examine which patterns are common among teachers, how these depend their professional experience and they correlate with perceptions problems students.
