RESUMO Objetivo: analisar os fatores associados ao nível de atividade física em adolescentes. Método: estudo transversal, abordagem quantitativa, realizado com adolescentes matriculados duas instituições ensino uma capital da região Centro-Oeste brasileira. A coleta dados ocorreu no período abril a outubro 2021, por meio questionário autoaplicado composto escalas validadas. associação entre as variáveis foi verificada regressão logística. Resultados: participaram do 219 adolescentes, média idade 15,7 anos, mais metade eram meninas (52,5%) e classe econômica (51,1%); 55,3% muito ativo/ativo; 39,3%, autoestima baixa; 17,8% apresentaram risco para desenvolver transtorno alimentar; 12,3% sintomas ansiedade grave; 13,3%, depressão moderada. Os foram o depressão. Conclusão: O rastreamento precoce baixa pode constituir estratégia inicial direcionar ações estímulo à prática física.

Este estudio examinó la relación entre el índice de masa corporal, las conductas alimentarias riesgo y autoconcepto en 51 mujeres 50 hombres adolescentes edades comprendidas los 15 19 años, residentes Pachuca, Hidalgo, México. Se utilizó un diseño no experimental, transversal correlacional. administraron Test Actitudes Alimentarias (EAT-26) Listado Adjetivos para Evaluación del Autoconcepto (LAEA). Los resultados revelaron que mostraron una mayor preocupación por comida hombres, con diferencias significativas según sexo. Ambos grupos exhibieron dentro normalidad, pero obtuvieron puntuaciones más altas cualidades físicas, intelectuales sociales, lo refleja elevado. Estos hallazgos pueden ser utilidad intervenciones diferenciadas sexo, orientadas a prevenir riesgo.

Aim to assess the body image perception and its influence on development of maladaptive eating behavior (MEB) among students a sports university. Material methods. A survey was conducted 768 using self-image questionnaire (SIQ) an Eating Behavior Assessment Scale (EBAS). Results. 43.25.1% sportswomen 42.910.8% sportsmen complex coordination had pronounced degree appearance dissatisfaction (AD). The AD level assessed as "slight dissatisfaction" in most other non-athletes (in 50.96.7% athletes cyclic sports, 37.56.1% wrestlers, 38.84.02% games (SGA), 38.2 6.5% male non-athletes, 40.6 8.7% female wrestlers). ABSTRACT Objective: to analyze the factors associated with physical activity levels in adolescents. Method: cross-sectional, quantitative study, conducted adolescents enrolled two educational institutions a capital of midwest region Brazil. Data collection occurred from April October 2021, through self-administered questionnaire composed validated scales. The association between variables was verified by logistic regression. Results: 219 participated mean age 15.7 years, more than half were girls (52.5%) medium economic class (51.1%); 55.3% very active/active; 39.3% had low self-esteem; 17.8% at risk for developing an eating disorder; 12.3% severe anxiety symptoms; and 13.3% moderate depression symptoms. level self-esteem depression. Conclusion: Early screening symptoms is proposed as initial strategy direct actions that encourage practice activity.
