Background The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the transition to remote work, leading increased attention on presenteeism and absenteeism among workers. Family social capital (FSC) encompasses the positive relationships and effective functioning within a family that positively influences psychological well-being (PWB) of working women. This work investigates complex relationship between FSC. Self-esteem (SE) sense coherence (SOC) are critical concepts women’s FSC well-being.
