Transversal skills are a set of knowledge, skills, and attitudes that needed today by all sectors professions to respond effectively different life situations, critically assess solve problems, work with others, make meaningful use technology. In school, it is essential develop transversal as they help students not only learn the subject content but also for further careers. Accordingly, study was carried out on in Latvian language at optimal highest levels secondary school. Research question: How do school who self-assess their skills? The results indicate civic participation, digital, collaboration better developed than self-directed learning levels. Purpose of the study: This study investigates first-year students' perceptions and impact technology integration on English language learning at National University Battambang (NUBB). Methodology: The research garthered data from 205 students across various majors through purposive sampling a structured questionnaire. Data analysis involved descriptive statistics, independent sample t tests, one-way ANOVA, regression analysis. Main Findings: findings indicate that online searches computer software are most frequently utilized tools, with mobile apps perceived as highly effective for enhancing skills. Students exhibit positive attitudes toward technology, contributing to improve outcomes. While no significant gender differences were observed in areas, female demonstrated lower levels compared males. Additionally, age did not significantly influence general use but affected its effectiveness supporting learning. Риски с которыми сталкивается работодатель, выходя на рынок труда, обусловленные стремительной трансформацией общественно-хозяйственных взаимоотношений, сменой технологического этапа, цифровизацией бизнес-процессов, демографическими, гендерными возрастными изменениями населения, не изучены полной мере. Корректируются только такие показатели, спрос предложение рабочую силу сами требования стороны работодателя потенциального работника, но интерпретация самих требований, также ожидания всех игроков рынке труда. Под влиянием экзогенных факторов реализуются новые форматы трудовых отношений работодателей работников, возникают, заданные национальными целями, различные самозанятости, что определяет актуальные запросы к работодателям, так соискателям. Учитывая тенденции развитию временного лага между компетенциями способностями наемных сотрудников их профессиональных навыков ноу-хау по причине ускорения темпов научно-технического прогресса от запроса работодателей, связи возросшими темпами текучести кадров другими многочисленными задачами современной экономики, возникает необходимость пересмотра традиционной практики найма прежней модели повышения квалификации. Таким образом, поиск отвечающего всем задачам владельцев компании, превращается серьезный вызов для работодателя. Этим обусловлена актуальность представленного исследования. The current Eswatini secondary school curriculum may not be fully optimized to foster graduates who actively contribute the advancement of knowledge as observed in some developed countries.
