Background: The growing awareness of environmental issues is prompting organizations to proactively implement management strategies. Green human resource (GHRM) practices are being used convert strategy into results.Methodology: Employing a quantitative approach, data were gathered from 271 faculty members through structured questionnaires. analysis involved descriptive statistics using SPSS and SEM AMOS understand the relationships among green culture, commitment, citizenship, GHRMP along with mediating role faculty' commitment citizenship.Results: study revealed that organizational culture significantly associated both employees' citizenship.
