Digital management issues are extensive and often considered from a general theoretical point of view, which makes manifestation well-systematized practical guidelines relevant. The article presents review recent successful work on digital governance. book consists two introductory sections 12 chapters combined into three parts. in the reviewed relate to digitalization processes their impact activities, collective intelligence, possibilities its application organizational implementation, as well artificial technologies, prospects for use modern management. It is strongly recommended that these technologies be implemented part pilot projects with testing effectiveness subsequent retrofitting. established author does not focus purely technological aspects, but, firstly, shows continuity interrelation "classical" and, secondly, focuses manager's personality new challenges them context digitalization. characterized by an academic, but at same time simple well-structured presentation complex material. There lot specifics, examples, recommendations. Some aspects remained out author's field such incompleteness inevitable. can useful specialists, teachers, university students, managers themselves.
