To investigate the effect of Benson relaxation response technique (BRRT) on quality life (QOL) among patients with systemic lupus erythematous (SLE). A quasi-experimental design was used to conveniently recruit 170 SLE. Participants were divided into two groups, control and intervention group for which BRRT administered. Utilising an online questionnaire, QOL assessed before 2 months after intervention, using Arabic version short form 36-item health survey. After exhibited significantly higher levels in both components QOL; physical (t(143.31)=15.35, p<0.001); mental component (t(143.58)=12.35, p<0.001). Additionally, group, results revealed a statistically significant increase from baseline measurement; (t(84)=-16.24, p<0.001) (t(84)=-12.93, The findings demonstrate notable positive impact Healthcare professionals can potentially improve overall well-being SLE complement traditional treatment by implementing their care.

To explore the symptom clusters of patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis and construct a network to identify core symptoms clusters, provide reference for precise management. Conveniently selected 354 with were surveyed cross-sectionally using general information questionnaire, Dialysis Symptom Index Kidney Disease Questionnaire. extracted exploratory factor analysis, identified hierarchical regression analysis. The most common severe fatigue, dry skin itching, distressing itching trouble falling asleep. Within network, worry (rs = 1.0) had highest strength, staying asleep(rc 0.01) closeness, fatigue betweenness (rb 30) bridge strength (rbs 0.53). A total four extracted, namely psychological cluster, sleep disorder uremia-related neurological cluster. Hierarchical results showed that cluster greatest impact on patients' quality life. Fatigue was symptom, caused distress patients, as Clinical staff can effective management improve patient burden by establishing intervention strategies centered these results.

PurposeThe present research was conducted to assess the effect of Benson relaxation technique on sleep quality and aggression among patients with bipolar type I disorder.MethodsThis study using a randomized clinical trial design participation 60 disorder (30 participants in each group) Mashhad, Iran (IRCT20220108053659N1). The intervention group received for 21 days row, twice day (in morning evening), under supervision an expert psychiatric nurse (On first day, instruction given implementing BRT. In subsequent intervention, stayed by patient's bedside entire process). Aggression were assessed Buss-Perry Questionnaire Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, respectively, before one week after completion intervention. Data analyzed descriptive inferential statistics (Chi-squared, Fisher's exact test, independent sample t-test, analysis covariance).ResultsThe individuals both genders aged 18 above. Based results, groups homogeneous regarding demographic characteristics. Prior two control not significantly different from other terms (p = 0.870) 0.961). After intergroup comparison, significant difference observed between mean < 0.001) scores 0.001).ConclusionDespite favorable this it is necessary conduct more studies considering broader aspects interventions related variables including these care plan disorder.

Patients with heart failure (HF) reported poor quality of life (QOL) due to different reasons among which fatigue is the most important. Improving QOL a crucial objective for patients HF and their primary health care providers. Managing medication not enough. Benson's relaxation technique (BRT) complementary therapy used manage populations limited studies checking its effect diagnosed HF. The purpose this quasi-experimental study was check BRT on 140 (68 intervention 72 control) Intervention group performed 20 minutes twice day 2 months.
