In the turbulent world of education, knowledge how complex web elements can affect student learning engagement (SLE) is vital. This study an intensive examination different variables are related to each other in peculiar setting provided by Chinese middle schools. Those key include blended (BL), school subject leader leadership (MLSSL), information management practices (IMP), socioeconomic status (SES) and (SLE). Collecting data means a multi-level analysis, teachers (N=47) students (N=328) at four schools Jiangxi were surveyed. This shows that BL, MLSSL IMP had significant direct effects on SLE both teacher level level. Without doubt, they play important roles stimulating interest. In addition, takes role mediating factor, revealing its significance connecting these variables. The also little impact SES SLE, implying background itself only limited inducing involvement. By dots between looking their relationships, this has practical as well theoretical for education. However, it provides guidance educators policymakers attract students, make better use technology, build leadership management. The enriches educational theories: it incorporates crucial factors into discussion engagement, thereby deepening our understanding complexity richness found

Purpose Guided by situated learning theory, this study explores the influence of a professional development program on evolving perceptions middle leaders as entrepreneurial leaders. It investigates which elements design foster growth leaders' behavior. Design Using narrative case inquiry approach, 20 participants from five primary and seven secondary schools in Hong Kong. These engaged leader programme designed to enhance teacher entrepreneurialism authentic, job-related contexts. Findings This uncovers incremental across three phases: initial struggle with authority constraints; reflection role leaders; eventual advocacy innovative opportunities colleagues. underscores importance authenticity guided design, fosters social environment stimulating reflective dialogue enables reflect their leadership Originality broadens application theory demonstrating how interplay contextual, social, individual-level environments can leaders, particularly fostering behaviours.
