Introduction: This study aimed to explore lived experiences as evidence-based in developing health services for hypertensive older adults living alone. Methods: employed a qualitative phenomenological approach, with in-depth and semi-structured interviews of alone Kendari City Southeast Sulawesi. Purposive sampling was utilized. 15 participating adults, predominantly female, ages ranging from 61-80. Data were collected April until July 2022, Colaizzi’s steps used guide the data analysis. Results: Three themes identified: 1) changes consisting physical, emotional, social, spiritual changes; 2) coping mechanisms emotion-focused coping, biobehavior-focused social-focused spiritual-focused coping; 3) healthcare needs information needs, regular checks, group activities, activities. Conclusions: research highlights adapt their requiring holistic care well services. Abstract Aim To investigate the associations of body mass index (BMI), waist circumference (WC) and weight‐adjusted (WWI) with impairment activities daily living (ADL) in older Chinese people. Methods A total 13 260 participants aged 65 years from 2018 Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey were included this cross‐sectional study. BMI, WC WWI calculated measurements height, weight WC. Binary logistic regression was used to estimate odds ratios (ORs) 95% confidence intervals (95% CIs). Non‐linear correlations investigated using restricted cubic spline curves. Living alone being cornered to home may also have serious repercussions psychological health conditions geriatric population, public concern in recent times.The main essence this present study was investigate impact widowhood, loneliness social non-participation depression Indian context. Data were obtained from first wave Longitudinal Ageing Study India (LASI), conducted during 2017-2018. A total 15,559 adult availed study. Descriptive analyses, association studies finally multinominal logistic regression analyses performed fulfill objectives. Currently, 5% participant's suffered most times. Objectives This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of Goal Attainment Scaling (GAS) in assessing an intervention for pre-frail senior citizens. Additionally, explain how GAS goals were established based on International Classification Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) categories, including body function, activity participation environmental factors. Methods In this study, 220 older adults randomly selected participate a controlled trial. The group engaged multicomponent exercise three times week, once at community health service location twice home. control received advice physical but did not have supervised exercise. Effect of long-term care insurance policy on depression in non-disabled people: evidence from China DOI Creative Commons

It is unclear how the implementation of Long-Term Care Insurance (LTCI) policy affects depression in non-disabled people this differs different groups. Methods Using time-varying differences-in-differences method nationally representative health survey data wave 2011, 2013, 2015 2018 from China Health Retirement Longitudinal Study, we assessed LTCI on aged 45 years older, discussed heterogeneity across population characteristics: retirement, financial support social participation status. Results We found statistically significant reduced by 0.76 units compared non-pilot cities. Depression who unretired, with without was 0.8267, 0.7079 1.2161 units, respectively.
