Objectives: The 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda stresses a feminist approach for healthcare services. Cultural and religious influences impact utilization of services by Muslim women within the Middle East, posing unique challenges. This paper aimed to investigate factors influencing Eastern women’s region. Methods: In year 2024, systematic review was conducted. PubMed, Scopus, ProQuest, Cochrane Database Systematic Reviews were searched this purpose. quality included articles assessed using Accuracy, Coverage, Objectivity, Date, Significance (ACODS) checklist. Subsequently, Joffe method thematic analysis employed analyze data obtained from review. Results: A final selection comprising 59 studies made inclusion in research. demonstrated high level quality, risk bias them deemed acceptable. revealed seven principal themes, which encompassed Demographic Factors, Level Education Awareness, Sources Information, Risk Personal Service Access Quality, Organizational Factors. Conclusions: study highlighted key East potentially systems with large number female immigrants around globe: educational such as awareness campaigns patient education, personal barriers like fear cultural norms. Moreover, Telehealth, particularly mHealth, suggested enhance participation Further research is needed explore assertion greater precision.
