Failure to maintain such complex construction facilities with intelligent equipment systems could result in human losses impose huge costs on governments. Therefore, it necessary have practical maintenance plans operational safety monitoring for which leads their long lifespan, increases users’ reduces operation risks. Design/methodology/approach Hence, this research aims evaluate risks tunnel lighting (UTLS) using a hybrid risk-based (RBM) approach. In vein, three rounds fuzzy Delphi survey were conducted consolidate specific criteria risk factors circumstances Iran UTLS. Furthermore, DEMATEL method was applied determine cause-and-effect relationships among identified critical criteria. The associated UTLS then analyzed ranked combination ANP-VIKOR techniques. Findings ranking various revealed that “poor performance switchboards power supply due faults switchboard equipment” first, followed by panels unfavorable environmental conditions,” “The poor problems switches (key failure)” burning fuses unauthorized current” findings study indicate method, developed as network, provides reliability maintaining (UTLS). Originality/value It anticipated will considerably contribute improving management while enhancing different stakeholders’ understanding most maintenance, particularly toward Iran. An RBM program can preparing formulating policies, comprehensive guidelines or regulations tunnels are recommended future research.

Minor errors in smart contract coding on the blockchain can lead to significant and irreversible economic losses for transaction parties. Therefore, mitigating risk posed by is crucial, necessitating development of approaches enhance human reliability coding. The Cognitive Reliability Error Analysis Method (CREAM) one such approach, examining how environmental conditions affect error probability (HEP). Within CREAM, Common Performance Conditions (CPCs) influence probability. This study ranks CPCs based their importance using Bayesian Best Worst (BWM). Two methods are developed basic CREAM. In first method, experts specify control mode opinions, experts' determined according level. second an optimization problem formulated select most suitable programs, enhancing reliability. proposed model considers energy, cost, organizational budget factors identify optimal while minimizing risks costs associated with errors. A case electronics supply chain validates applicability efficacy methods. Results from method indicate opportunistic mode. contrast, shows that improving CPC levels has a more effect, shifting towards tactical reducing HEP 0.00249.
