Objective: Acknowledging the key role of hardiness, importance health and its various dimensions, present study aimed to investigate simultaneous relationship between hardiness components spiritual health, burnout, general among Baqiyatallah University Medical Sciences staff. Method: 307 Sciences’ staff in Tehran with at least five years work experience participated this cross-sectional using simple random sampling. Four questionnaires were used evaluate participants: 28-item General Health Questionnaire (GHQ) assess mental problems four subscales, 22-item Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) two aspects (frequency intensity) three subscales emotional exhaustion, depersonalization personal accomplishment, 20-item Spiritual Well Being Scale (SWBS) religious well-being existential 50-item Kobasa Hardiness measure psychological control, commitment challenge. At end, conceptual models which have shown effect on burnout evaluated by path analysis. Results: According analysis results, it was found that approved univariable multivariable analyses, had significant (direct effect: -0.525, P < 0.001), 0.555, 0.001) frequency aspect: -0.523, 0.001). Thus, increasing increases while symptoms illness decrease. Conclusion: as increase well; therefore, decrease increase.

Abstract Background Psychological distress (PD) is a significant issue during pregnancy and postpartum, adversely affecting both children mothers. This study aims to determine PD's prevalence risk factors in large Iranian population sample postpartum. Background The purpose of this study is to examine the effects pregnancy stress, maternal-fetal attachment, and social support on prenatal depression among high-risk pregnant women.
