To describe and synthesise qualitative studies exploring sexual gender minority migrants' experiences of health service access utilisation. Systematic meta-synthesis studies. searches in four databases citation screening were conducted 2023 2024. English-language empirical published scientific journals within 10 years included. Of 1109 screened, 21 reports Included appraised using CASP JBI checklists. Extracted results analysed with inductive content analysis a collaborative process. All had acceptable quality, including 365 participants from 72 countries. A range external internal barriers to accessing services reported, financial constraints fears. Although migrants expressed an appreciation services, they also experienced non-affirming behaviours discrimination related their intersecting identities. In Belgium, migrants from Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) accounted for 45% of new heterosexual HIV infections in 2021, while only 1.5% PrEP starters were SSA descent. We explored the acceptance and barriers towards uptake use among migrant diaspora communities Belgium using a participatory action research approach. Trained community researchers (CRs), involved all phases study, co-designed moderated group discussions (GDs) simultaneously providing information on during workshops.
