BACKGROUND Yunnan province borders Myanmar, Laos, and Vietnam, giving it one of the longest in China. Depression is a common mental disorder in children and adolescents, with global prevalence of approximately 33%, severely affecting their physical, health, academic performance. This study aims to identify assess the 100 most-cited articles (T100 articles) on depression adolescents. The T100 field were retrieved from SCI-E SSCI databases. A comprehensive analysis was conducted, including number citations, countries, journals, keywords, authors, topics. Between 1981 2021, child adolescent received 423 3949 citations. Background Anxiety disorders are among the most prevalent mental health conditions globally, particularly affecting adolescents and young adults (10-24 years), causing substantial psychological social impairments. This study analyzed changes in incidence, prevalence, disability-adjusted life years (DALYs) of anxiety this age group from 1990 to 2021, emphasizing impact socioeconomic disparities COVID-19 pandemic, post-2019. Methods Utilizing Global Burden Disease(GBD) 2021 data 204 countries, evaluated global trends adults. Conducted between May 16 August 1, 2024, it assessed DALYs, estimated annual percentage (EAPCs) 2021. Joinpoint regression identified significant shifts incidence rates, with key risk factors, especially bullying victimization,examined. The analysis was stratified by region, country, group, sex, Socio-Demographic Index (SDI).
