This study aims to cultivate students' independent learning capacity, promote the interdisciplinary integration of "nursing + anatomy," and establish a curriculum system enhance applied nursing abilities based on project-based teaching reform everyday clinical operations. A total 151 second-year (class 2021) undergraduate students at Chinese university were selected for this study. By adjusting curriculum, reconstructing contents, employing "hybrid flip" method BOPPPS (bridge-in, outcomes, preassessment, participatory learning, post-evaluation, summary), implementing "three re-three linkage," Human Anatomy with focus basic anatomical knowledge was developed connected operation practice. The restructuring course content received unanimous recognition from both staff students. Notably, in class 2021 achieved significantly higher grades than did 2020, who traditional face-to-face instruction (p < 0.01). These results indicate enhanced application skills among former group following implementation instructional reforms during one semester, exhibited notable improvements motivation, program implementation, self-management, interpersonal communication. statistically significant increase overall scores self-directed capacities over preinstructional period observed 0.05).
