Abstract Aim To clarify the subtypes of information literacy among nurses in emergency department and explore factors affecting profile membership. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted a convenience sample 2490 from April to June 2023. The clinical completed online self-report questionnaires including general demographic questionnaire, scale, self-efficacy scale social support scale. Data analyses consisted latent analysis, variance Chi-square test multivariate logistic regression. Results Four profiles were identified: ‘Low (Class 1)’, ‘Moderate knowledge 2)’, ‘High 3)’ 4)’, accounting for 20.14%, 42.11%, 23.36% 14.39%, respectively. Different patterns have different characteristics. Age, years work, place residence, hospital grade, title, professional knowledge, using databases, reading medical literature, participating training, self-efficacy, significantly predicted Conclusions Information has classification features nurses, over half surveyed at lower or middle level. Identifying sociodemographic internal-external predictors membership may be useful preparing interventions that will better suited nurses’ needs. Nursing managers should actively pay attention with low help them improve their Relevance practice Insights current analysis are beneficial understanding types nurses' provide reference levels.

While much of the existing research focuses on PS within teams, less known about HSCPs’ lived experiences across diverse settings. This scoping review aims to synthesise qualitative literature PS, identifying key barriers enablers its development workplaces. Methods: A systematic search was conducted MEDLINE, PsycINFO, Embase, CINAHL, Scopus, Web Science, Cochrane Library, covering a 20-year period (2004–2024). Eligible studies included primary exploring PS. Screening data extraction were managed using Rayyan. An inductive thematic synthesis approach applied identify patterns data. Results: The identified several main (1) feeling safe team (2) personal factors, which encompassed professional skills, experience, support, self-care. Conversely, identified: normalisation traumatic incidents, unsupportive management structures, (3) organisational constraints, (4) lack knowledge training Conclusions: Understanding critical improving workplace culture, resilience, wellbeing among HSCPs. These findings provide foundation future interventions aimed at strengthening individual, team, levels results also offer valuable insights informing policies practice ultimately enhance both staff patient quality.

In addition, meaning burnout its relationship with depression anxiety have long been debated. This study aimed to identify profiles these among Chinese staff frontline anti-epidemic experience, along their distinguishing characteristics. Psychological (exhaustion, cynicism, inefficacy), depression, from 989 doctors 1,105 nurses were explored latent profile analysis. The R3step method was conducted analyze predictive factors those symptoms. Three symptom identified for staff, high-level (62.1%), moderate-level (28.9%), low-level (9.0%). profiles, variables considered had a consistent trend. However, within profile, inefficacy remained at lower level, performed as most prominent symptom. Variables gender, age, salary satisfaction, hours, intensity predicted (p < 0.05). post-COVID-19 era, former divided into three profiles. Symptoms burnout, did not move in lock-step, indicating that they are different robust constructs. Targeted intervention strategies should be developed subgroups.

Nurses frequently encounter death due to their professional roles, impacting perceptions of mortality. Previous research has largely focused on the negative aspect awareness, known as anxiety, while other aspect, reflection, been less explored. This study aims investigate profiles awareness among Chinese nurses and identify factors influencing these profiles, such socio-demographic characteristics, work-related education, resilience. A cross-sectional was conducted using a convenience sample 2882 across China. Data were collected through an online survey from September November 2023. Latent Profile Analysis utilized distinct anxiety reflection nurses. Multinomial logistic regression used analyze predictive for different profiles. Three identified: Calm Reflectors (low high reflection), The Anxious (high low levels both reflection). Factors resilience, years service, parental status, education level, read education-related information significantly predicted classification into Specifically, higher resilience engagement in associated with profile. Our suggests that nurses' can be categorized three profiles: Reflectors, Anxious, Reflectors. Key predictors include educational information. findings suggest enhancing targeted interventions are crucial supporting managing death-related emotional cognitive responses effectively.

This study aimed to explore the latent class CD differences in their characteristics analyze factors influencing different classes. Methods: A convenience sampling method was used select 250 who attended a tertiary-level hospital Nanjing from August November 2024 for study. They were surveyed via General Information Questionnaire, Crohn's Disease Care Needs Scale (CD-CNS), Inflammatory Bowel (IBD) Patient Symptom Clusters Assessment Scale, Family Adaptability Cohesion (FACES), Post-traumatic Growth Inventory (PTGI). classes identified latent profile analysis (LPA), analyzed multiple logistic regression analyses. Results: 1) LPA results revealed that divided into three profiles as best model fitting indicators: "low-care-needs-adaptation group" (n=96, 38.4%), " moderate-care-needs-growth group " (n=81, 32.4%), high-care needs-distress "(n=73, 29.2%). 2) Regression analyses current status, presence stoma, symptom burden, family adaptability cohesion, post-traumatic growth (PTG) influential Conclusion: There is significant heterogeneity patients. focus on high enhance management psychological interventions improve PTG reduce burden.
