Abstract
Aim
To
clarify
the
subtypes
of
information
literacy
among
nurses
in
emergency
department
and
explore
factors
affecting
profile
membership.
Methods
A
cross-sectional
study
was
conducted
a
convenience
sample
2490
from
April
to
June
2023.
The
clinical
completed
online
self-report
questionnaires
including
general
demographic
questionnaire,
scale,
self-efficacy
scale
social
support
scale.
Data
analyses
consisted
latent
analysis,
variance
Chi-square
test
multivariate
logistic
regression.
Results
Four
profiles
were
identified:
‘Low
(Class
1)’,
‘Moderate
knowledge
2)’,
‘High

accounting
for
20.14%,

Objective:
Psychological
safety
(PS)
is
essential
