Professional identity is a crucial element in the growth and development of nurses as professionals. The process professional formation begins when students internalize principles values nursing gain deeper understanding their roles. Objective: To measure undergraduate its association with academic year. Methods: A cross-sectional analytical study was conducted from January to August 2024 at Public-Sector College Nursing Rawalpindi. total 226 were selected using universal sampling. Results: mean score students’ perceived 87.07 ± 14.129, indicating moderate No significant differences observed between years (p>0.05). Conclusions: It concluded that this provides first comprehensive evaluation students' identities Pakistan, establishing baseline for aspect education. Enhancements curriculum, mentorship programs, opportunities hands-on learning can support further developing better preparing careers nursing.

ABSTRACT This study examined the professional awareness among nursing and midwifery students in Türkiye, with a focus on interprofessional dynamics, conflicts collaboration between these closely related professions. Employing qualitative inductive descriptive methodology, 14 in‐depth interviews two group discussions were conducted undergraduate from state university. Thematic analysis of transcribed data yielded four primary themes: factors influencing career choice; societal perceptions professions, duties authority areas; students' perspectives vocational education. The findings suggest that, despite shared responsibilities, disparities educational backgrounds contribute to occasional conflicts. Nevertheless, there is significant potential for collaboration, particularly clinical environments. underscores necessity more clearly defined boundaries enhanced processes foster cooperation. These insights may inform policy modifications aimed at improving quality healthcare services addressing inter‐professional challenges.

As most nursing academics have suggested, training student nurses to be professionals with all the qualities of a good nurse requires time and attention detail. This project aims to review and compare the professional identity formation (PIF) of medical, dental, nursing, pharmacy students while analyzing role interprofessional education (IPE) in this journey. Our medical research librarian conducted a literature review. Abstract Background The global nursing shortage has particularly severe consequences in resource-constrained countries like Nepal, where a significant outflow of healthcare professionals exacerbates the crisis. While impact on patient care, workforce dynamics, and organizational challenges within settings have been extensively researched, profound implications this crisis for education remain underexplored. This qualitative study sheds light often-unseen undergraduate students’ clinical education. Methods Data were collected from three focus group discussions involving eighteen final-year students two tertiary institutions. first took place June 2024, with third one July 2024. Thematic analysis was employed to identify interpret key themes. Results Four overarching themes emerged: (1) Compromised Learning, highlighting detrimental skill acquisition student preparedness; (2) Abandoned Field, revealing emotional toll isolation, describing themselves as “ghosts, silently observing sidelines”; (3) Forging Ahead, showcasing unintended resilience resourcefulness seeking alternative knowledge sources; (4) Digital Mentors, spotlighting innovative use Artificial Intelligence (AI) supplementary learning tool overburdened settings.
