Abstract Background Hospital staff frequently encounter high-stress situations, emergencies, and disasters, which profoundly impact their well-being resilience. The aim of the study was to examine associations between perceived threats, well-being, individual resilience, resilience at work among a general hospital, following unexpected Hamas assault on Israel October 7, 2023, during Israel-Gaza conflict. Methods This cross-sectional conducted central Israeli public level-two trauma center, surveying 434 members. Validated questionnaires were used assess alongside demographic professional characteristics. Data collected via Qualtrics paper questionnaires. Utilizing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) for analysis, study examines data from 25,285 employees. Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted the home healthcare industry, with increased rates of burnout and stress among homecare rehabilitation professionals (hcRPs). This descriptive, cross-sectional, and correlational study investigated the effect of burnout on nurses' professional commitment during COVID-19 pandemic.
