Abstract Background Telenursing has become prevalent in providing care to diverse populations experiencing different health conditions both Israel and globally. The nurse-patient relationship aims improve the condition of individuals requiring services. Objectives This study evaluate nursing graduates’ skills knowledge regarding remote prior following a simulation-based telenursing training program an undergraduate degree. Methods A cohort assessed 114 third-year students using comprehensive evaluation measures knowledge, skills, attitudes, self-efficacy, clinical care. Assessments were conducted at 2 critical time points: structured intervention. Results Participant demographics revealed predominantly female sample (101/114, 88.6%), aged 20‐50 years (mean 25.68, SD 4.59 years), with moderate advanced computer internet proficiency. Notably, 91.2% (104/114) had no exposure, yet 75.4% (86/114) expressed interest. Statistical analyses demonstrated significant improvements across all measured variables, characterized by high effect sizes. Key findings included substantial increases awareness, attitudes self-efficacy; reduction perceived barriers delivery; complex interrelation dynamics between variables. multivariate analysis nuanced correlations: higher awareness consistently associated more positive increased self-efficacy. Despite decades of low utilization, telemedicine adoption expanded at an unprecedented rate during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study examined quantitative and qualitative data provided by a national online sample 228 practicing physicians (64% were women, 75% White) to identify facilitators barriers in United States (U.S.) beginning Logistic regressions used predict most frequently endorsed (20% or more) based on participant demographics practice characteristics. This study aimed to evaluate knowledge and utilization telemedicine among residents in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria.
