Background and objective Moderate exercise is important for health; however, there are variations among individuals in terms of characterizing moderate intensity it difficult to identify. In light this, the purpose this study was identify new indicators determine effective intensity. Methods This involved both human animal experiments. After subjecting mice intensity, microarray analysis circulating microRNA expression conducted candidates Then, we assessed if these microRNAs were altered after aerobic or resistance exercises humans using quantitative real-time PCR. Twelve healthy males randomly assigned two groups: low-intensity group (LI group) high-intensity (HI they underwent four weeks program. Results Based on analysis, 188 exercise, 167 exercise. Combining findings with data from some published reports, selected miR-29c, miR-23b, miR-222, miR-195, miR-126, miR-133a, miR-486 as biomarkers study, physical performance improved only HI group. Of microRNAs, increased immediately Fold change correlated changes knee extensor strength (r=0.744, p=0.005). Conclusions Resistance at upregulated miR-486. Hence, may serve Among them, aid predicting response

Horse racing may cause stress-induced physiological changes and tissue damage in horses, but the miRNA expression, protein metabolic substances plasma exosomes of Yili horse after are still unclear. This study detected miRNA, horses before competition, providing new insights for post-race recovery care horses. Eight three-year-old that had undergone training were selected as research subjects, with four not competed control group participated competition half an hour group. Extract whole blood separate from two groups then extract exosomes; MiRNAs, proteins, metabolites extracellular vesicles analyzed using miRNAomics, proteomics, metabolomics. P Result: After levels miRNAs related to cytoplasm nucleus increased, transcription transcriptional regulation biological processes significantly increased. The proteins also cell signaling function carbohydrates their reduced. process causes significant metabolomics which mainly regulation.

Published: April 16, 2024

Abstract Background Personalized medicine represents a novel and integrative approach that focuses on an individual's genetics epigenetics, precision medicine, lifestyle exposures as key players of health status disease phenotypes. Methods In this narrative review, we aim to carefully discuss the current knowledge gender disparities in cardiometabolic diseases, consider sex‐ specific expression miRNAs their role promising tool medicine. Results Personalised overcomes restricted care patient based binomial sex approach, by enriching itself with holistic dynamic integration. Recognized major worldwide emergency, disorders continue rise, impacting systems requiring more effective targeted strategies. Several drivers might affect onset progression males females at multiple levels. respect, distinct contribution genetic epigenetic mechanisms, molecular physiological pathways, hormones, visceral fat subcutaneous lead differences burden outcomes females. Conclusions Sex play pivotal because influence physiology each individual way they interact environment from intrauterine life.

Abstract Human primary muscle cell (HPMC) lines derived from skeletal biopsies are potentially powerful tools to interrogate the molecular pathways underlying fundamental mechanisms. HPMCs retain their genome in culture, but many endogenous circulating factors not present vitro environment or at concentrations that do mirror physiological levels. To address assumption valid models of age and sex-specificity human research, we examined what extent HPMC maintain source phenotypes culture. A comparison transcriptomic signature 30 (N = 10 young males, N females, old males) corresponding indicated a near-complete lack retention genes were differentially regulated vivo when compared equivalent, except for some encoded on Y-chromosome. The diversity population sex- age-dependent cellular milieu likely contribute these observations, which call caution using as an experimental model sex age. Nuclear single sequencing HMPCs grown 3D culture organoids under strain might therefore provide closer alternative tissue.
