Composite nanozymes are composed of enzymes with similar or different catalytic capabilities and have higher activity than a single enzyme. In recent years, composite emerged as novel nanomaterial platforms for multiple applications in various research fields, where they used to produce oxygen, consume glutathione, toxic reactive oxygen species (ROS) cancer therapy. The therapeutic approach using is known chemo-dynamic therapy (CDT). Some also show special photothermal conversion effects, enabling them be combined pioneering treatments, such photodynamic (PDT), (PTT) sonodynamic (SDT), enhance the anti-cancer effects. this study, classification performances reviewed, along their advantages synthesis methods. Furthermore, treatment cancers emphasized, prospective challenges future discussed.
