Cancer chemoresistance is a problematic dilemma that significantly restrains numerous cancer management protocols. It can promote recurrence, spreading of cancer, and finally, mortality. Accordingly, enhancing the responsiveness cells towards chemotherapies could be vital approach to overcoming chemoresistance. Tumour express high level sphingosine kinase-1 (SphK1), which acts as protooncogenic factor responsible for synthesis sphingosine-1 phosphate (S1P). S1P released through Human ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporter interact with other phosphosphingolipids components in interstitial fluid tumor microenvironment (TME), provoking communication, progression, invasion, metastasis. Also, associated several impacts, including anti-apoptotic behavior, metastasis, mesenchymal transition (EMT), angiogenesis, chemotherapy resistance. Recent reports addressed levels carcinomas, ovarian, prostate, colorectal, breast, HCC. Therefore, targeting S1P/SphK signaling pathway an emerging therapeutic efficiently attenuate In this review, we comprehensively discussed functions, metabolism, transport, signaling. bioinformatic framework, pointed out alterations SphK1 gene expression within different cancers their impact on patient survival, demonstrated protein-protein network SphK1, elaborating its sparse roles. Furthermore, made emphasis machineries resistance tight link S1P. We evaluated all publicly available inhibitors inhibition activity using molecular docking how reduce production might chemoresistance, course treatment prognosis.

Chemotherapeutic resistance is a major obstacle to chemotherapeutic failure. Cancer cell involves several mechanisms, including epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT), signaling pathway bypass, drug efflux activation, and impairment of entry. P-glycoproteins (P-gp) are an transporter that pumps drugs out cancer cells, resulting in resistance. Several types long noncoding RNA (lncRNAs) have been identified resistant ODRUL, MALAT1, ANRIL. The high expression level ODRUL related the induction ATP-binding cassette (ABC) gene expression, emergence doxorubicin osteosarcoma. lncRNAs observed be regulators transporters cells such as MALAT1 Targeting P-gp using natural products new strategy overcome improve sensitivity toward chemotherapies. This review validates inhibitory effects on activity silico molecular docking. In analysis showed Delphinidin Asparagoside-f most significant product inhibitors p-glycoprotein-1. Abstract A comprehensive investigation into the green synthesis of metal oxide nanoparticles (NPs) has garnered significant attention due to its commendable reliability, sustainability, and environmentally friendly attributes. Green methods play a crucial role in mitigating adverse effects associated with conventional approaches employed for nanostructure preparation. This research endeavors examine impact ginger plant extract-assisted oxides NPs on serum ferritin levels anemic diabetic patients vitro, focusing specifically α-Fe 2 O 3 ZnO NPs. Sixty volunteers anemia (35–50 years) thirty healthy were enrolled as controls. The assessment was conducted using VIDAS Ferritin (FER) assay. Background The coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic has presented unprecedented stressors and difficulties for healthcare professionals. This study explored the prevalence of generalized anxiety disorders burnout among radiology practitioners interns in various hospitals Saudi Arabia after end COVID-19 global public health emergency. Methods A cross-sectional survey 230 was conducted between October November 2023. utilized Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-item (GAD-7) scale Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Services Survey Medical Personnel (MBI-HSS-MP) 22-item questionnaire, employing a non-probability convenience sampling method. average scores individual components constituting GAD-7 each were calculated, statistical analyses using Mann-Whitney U Kruskal-Wallis H nonparametric tests. Results Of 382 interns, (60.2%) responded to survey. Notably, 42.6% participants reported experiencing GAD. Regarding burnout, 82.3% at moderate-to-high risk emotional exhaustion, 93.5% depersonalization, 52.1% personal achievement. 31–40 years age group showed significantly higher rates (p = 0.001) compared with other groups. Those more than three experience had notably exhaustion 0.002) nearly significant increase depersonalization 0.051) those less experience. Discussion Our revealed that experienced GAD, majority facing burnout. Furthermore, our research indicates decline GAD levels peak period. It also both incidence severity surpassing pre-pandemic comparable cohort. These findings emphasize pressing challenges workers, especially
