Each year, the number of cases strokes and deaths due to this is increasing around world. This could be work stress, lifestyles, unhealthy food habits, several other reasons. Currently, there are traditional methods like thrombolysis mechanical thrombectomy for managing strokes. The current approach has limitations, delayed diagnosis, limited therapeutic delivery, risks secondary injuries. So, a need some effective reliable management strokes, which help in early diagnosis followed by treatment Nanotechnology played an immense role recently, it emerged as transformative solution offering innovative diagnostic tools strategies. Nanoparticles (NPs) belonging classes, including metallic (metallic metal oxide), organic (lipids, liposome), carbon, can cross blood–brain barrier may exhibit potential various Moreover, these NPs have exhibited promise improving imaging specificity delivery precise drug real-time monitoring efficacy. Nanomaterials cerium oxide (CeO2) liposome-encapsulated agents neuroprotective properties that reduce oxidative stress promote neuroregeneration. In present article, authors emphasized significant advancements nanomedicine stroke, NPs-based systems, neuroregenerative therapies, multimodal advancements.

ABSTRACT To investigate the material basis for increased efficacy of Anemarrhenae Rhizoma (AR) after salt processing, this study employed UPLC‐Q‐TOF‐MS/MS technology to analyze metabolites in both AR and salt‐processed (SAR) extracts, as well serum samples treated with these extracts. The results identified 54 chemical components SAR under positive negative ion modes, 21 prototype detected bloodstream. A comparative analysis absorption levels revealed higher concentrations neomangiferin, mangiferin, other constituents group than group. Additionally, 29 differential were identified, 12 unique 17 SAR. These findings highlight significant alterations composition processing provide a scientific understanding enhanced This offers valuable insights further research into clinical its applications.

This study investigates the hemodynamic efficiency of endovascular coiling in treatment patient-specific middle cerebral artery (MCA) aneurysms using computational models both original and scaled-down geometries. Computational fluid dynamic (CFD) is used for blood flow modelling inside aneurysms. The Casson non-Newtonian model employed to simulate dynamics, while a porous condition represents within aneurysm sac. Key factors, including wall shear stress (WSS) oscillatory index (OSI), are analyzed evaluate effectiveness across different sizes. Results indicate that significantly reduces rupture risk, with larger sac volumes demonstrating more pronounced decrease high-risk zones. These findings offer insights into optimizing treatments varying morphologies.

This study investigates the role of hemodynamic factors in assessing rupture risk intracranial internal carotid artery saccular aneurysms. A total 24 unruptured and 12 ruptured aneurysms were analyzed using computational fluid dynamics statistical methods to identify meaningful relationships between parameters risk. Key metrics, including maximum, mean, minimum values blood velocity, oscillatory shear index (OSI), statistically compared. The Weibull model was employed evaluate potential connections these aneurysm rupture. spatial distribution mapped on sac surface high-risk regions prone Results revealed that exhibit lower maximum velocity compared ones. Additionally, demonstrated higher OSI values, highlighting a distinct difference profiles. Ganoderma lucidum (Leyss. ex Fr.) Karst, commonly known as Lingzhi, has long been employed in traditional Chinese medicine for its medicinal properties, particularly alleviating respiratory issues like cough and asthma. Recognized both a therapeutic agent an edible supplement, Lingzhi is celebrated health-promoting benefits. Despite widespread use, the effectiveness of G. treating pneumonia not extensively studied, highlighting need further research. This research aimed to evaluate potential treatment uncover mechanisms behind effects, specifically examining how active constituents influence inflammatory pathways. The study utilized approaches such network pharmacology, bioinformatics, molecular docking, vivo experiments. High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) analyses revealed eight triterpenoids lucidum, with ganodermanontriol being most prominent. Molecular docking studies anticipated interactions between these compounds target proteins, while experiments on pneumonia-induced rat models assessed efficacy ganodermanontriol. Additionally, HPLC LC-MS confirmed presence ethanol extract predominantly Network pharmacology identified key genes-including TNF, EGFR, ESR1, HIF1A, HSP90AA1, SRC-that played significant roles regulation In results demonstrated that mitigated lung tissue damage rats experimentally induced by reducing release mediators. Further mechanistic showed downregulated TNF-α inhibited NF-κB/MAPKs signaling These findings suggested holds promising anti-inflammatory targeting TNF/NF-κB/MAPKs pathway, offering novel approach.
