Introducción: A partir de los cambios que el confinamiento pandémico trajo consigo, la salud mental en sector educación pasó a ser relevante, toda vez que, estas alteraciones las prácticas académicas este periodo están evidenciando secuelas estudiantes. Objetivo: Construir y validar un instrumento mida desde una perspectiva socioeconómica, cual concibe como emergente social. Metodología: Se realizó estudio cuantitativo, no experimental transversal. La muestra fue 313 estudiantes universitarios. Desde teórica se configuró siete dimensiones, distribuidas 24 ítems, cuales fueron medidos través escala tipo Likert. Resultados: 309 sujetos completaron correctamente. El cuestionario creado mostró adecuados índices psicométricos. Las dimensiones han definido teóricamente son: Salud Mental (SM); Carga Académica (CA); Rendimiento Académico (RA); Apoyo familiar (AF); Relación entre Pares (RP); Disposición docente hacia del/la estudiante (DD); Oferta Programática Institución (OP). Estas pueden explicar 68,7% varianza del constructo. Conclusión: percepción para universitarios posee validez fiabilidad, por lo tanto, permite su aplicación adecuado pertinente.
