ABSTRACT The COVID‐19 pandemic has significantly altered teaching methodologies by integrating technology into syllabi, emphasising the crucial role of teacher well‐being influenced positive psychology. Also, as foremost issues education, teachers’ individual factors should be considered their beliefs in capabilities to persist case difficulties and emotion regulation (ER) have been underlined literature. Therefore, this study examined correlation between self‐efficacy (TSE), resilience ER among 424 Chinese teachers. findings through running structural equation model revealed that those teachers with a heightened degree TSE, are more likely better well‐being. The objective of this study is to examine gender disparities in body satisfaction perception, emphasizing the influence nutritional habits, psychometric assessments, levels physical activity, and health-related metrics. Employing a sample 605 strength-trained participants (385 males 224 females), aged between 20 35 years, regularly engaged strength training, we conducted thorough analysis using Google Forms. We evaluated variables including age, anthropometric data, resistance training frequency, food consumption patterns, psychological profiles. Our findings indicate significant gender-based differences perception. Females tend overestimate their muscular size express heightened concern regarding gluteal shape, while exhibit more realistic self-perception, primarily focused on hip width. Dietary patterns also display gender-specific tendencies; females prefer healthier options like vegetables, whereas consume milk, fermented products, carbohydrates. Hydration practices diverge as well, with showing higher water intake contrast males’ preference for alcoholic carbonated beverages. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, researchers have been trying to identify which personal resources can contribute minimizing mental health costs in students incurred due restrictions that disrupted safety and predictability their academic lives. The aim of study was verify if how individual factors (resilience positivity) socio-environmental (social support nationality) allow prediction level perceived stress. University (n = 559) from Poland, Serbia, Italy were surveyed using Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10), Brief Resilience (BRS), Positivity (PS), Interpersonal Support Evaluation List (ISEL-12). Personal resources—positivity, resilience, support—were found be positively interrelated significantly associated with stress levels. Abstract Resilience, particularly under stressful circumstances, is essential for well‐being. Prior research has shown the positive effects of resilience on overall self‐esteem and emotional balance, but dynamic nature these attributes consistently been overlooked.
