ABSTRACT
The
COVID‐19
pandemic
has
significantly
altered
teaching
methodologies
by
integrating
technology
into
syllabi,

the
crucial
role
of
teacher
well‐being
influenced

Abstract
Resilience,
particularly
under
stressful
circumstances,
is
essential
for
well‐being.
Prior
research
has
shown
the
positive
effects
of
resilience
on
overall
self‐esteem
and
emotional
balance,
