This study evaluated career diversity and development initiatives using the New World Kirkpatrick Model. Descriptive survey research was used in this with African university undergraduates teacher trainees as population target respectively. Data collected a validated questionnaire. The scaled response forms were given to non-teacher tested for internal consistency. instrument had reliability value of 0.715, indicating its administered electronically. statistics answered non-testable queries while non-parametric inferential hypotheses. Finding revealed that satisfied their diversification training, creativity most important employability skill they could largely use it decision-making. moderate influence student training significant across locations educational fields.
