This study examines the impact of organizational culture universities on psychological well-being students and staff, which, in turn, affects quality educational process. The was conducted using a questionnaire that included questions about perception inclusivity, transparency university processes, support from administration, as well subjective levels stress emotional burnout respondents. results show majority participants rate environment inclusive friendly, but at same time indicate moderate frequent associated with high academic or professional workload.
