Purpose of the study: This study investigates first-year students' perceptions and impact technology integration on English language learning at National University Battambang (NUBB). Methodology: The research garthered data from 205 students across various majors through purposive sampling a structured questionnaire. Data analysis involved descriptive statistics, independent sample t tests, one-way ANOVA, regression analysis. Main Findings: findings indicate that online searches computer software are most frequently utilized tools, with mobile apps perceived as highly effective for enhancing skills. Students exhibit positive attitudes toward technology, contributing to improve outcomes. While no significant gender differences were observed in areas, female demonstrated lower levels compared males. Additionally, age did not significantly influence general use but affected its effectiveness supporting learning. Introduction The emergence of COVID-19 and its associated challenges necessitated a rapid shift in Agricultural Higher Education (AHE) toward innovative non-attendance training methods, particularly Learning Management Systems (LMSs). Methods To investigate this paradigm shift, an integrated framework combining the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was employed to provide comprehensive model for understanding LMS adoption. This study analyzed survey data collected from agricultural students Iran ( N = 385) using structural equation modeling (SEM). Results findings indicate that technological context LMSs significantly influences both perceived usefulness ease use, while environmental only affects usefulness. In contrast, organizational factors were found have no significant impact on these components. Furthermore, analysis revealed positive relationship between use usefulness, which subsequently fosters favorable attitude strengthens behavioral intention adopt them. Discussion underscores critical need enhancing information technology infrastructure education, advocating synergistic approach government universities integrate e-learning with traditional educational methods. proposed not demonstrates strong explanatory power but also facilitates student engagement LMSs, paving way innovation knowledge exchange sector. This study examines education students' impressions helpful tool learning, highlighting its role enhancing student involvement and collaboration. A mixed-methods methodology was utilised, quantitative surveys administered 150 undergraduate students, semi-structured interviews 20 chosen participants. Survey findings revealed that 87% students regarded beneficial their acquisition, noting enhanced engagement classmates teachers, well increased participation collaborative activities. yielded profound insights, thematic analysis revealing four principal themes: usability, engagement, collaboration, obstacles. Students valued Padlet's intuitive UI multimedia-sharing features, which fostered more dynamic inclusive classroom atmosphere. Using data from the "China College Students Longitudinal Survey" conducted by Chinese Academy of Social Sciences between 2013 2018, this study examines influence activities.
