Introdução: A saúde mental de estudantes universitários é um problema pública em âmbito mundial e pode estar associada a pior qualidade vida. O objetivo do presente estudo consiste avaliar associação entre as variáveis estresse, ansiedade depressão vida, sexo uso psicofármacos universitários. Métodos: Estudo transversal, realizado forma on-line, com 131 universitários, setembro dezembro 2022. avaliação dos níveis foi realizada utilizando Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS-21), vida avaliada por meio World Health Organization Quality of Life-Bref (WHOQOL-Bref). Análises bivariadas foram realizadas para determinar existência variáveis, 5% significância. Resultados: identificados altos estresse (89,30%), (83,10%) (80,90%) os estudantes. Essas apresentaram negativa estatisticamente significativa Observou-se o depressão, estresse. No entanto, não identificada relação ao sexo. A high frequency of mental issues has been reported amongst dental students in recent years. To explore the current situation of anxiety, depression and sleep quality among college students after COVID-19 pandemic, as well moderating effect physical activity on negative emotions, to provide a theoretical basis for colleges universities formulate corresponding interventions. This study aimed assess impact of Laboratory Learning with Peyton's 4-step approach through social platform Telegram on bathing skills nursing students. The research followed quasi-experimental design pre-post included control group. sample consisted 60 undergraduate students divided into treatment groups. group received learning intervention 4-Step method via Telegram, while was provided video. Introdução: A pandemia do coronavírus foi um período crítico para os estudantes de medicina, influenciando em diversos aspectos da vida desses acadêmicos e refletindo negativamente na prevalência ansiedade nessa população. Objetivo: Identificar a transtornos medicina durante COVID-19 fatores associados. Metodologia: Revisão integrativa literatura seguindo pergunta norteadora: “Qual o entre quais associados?”. Os estudos foram extraídos das bases dados: Literatura Latino-Americana Caribe Ciências Saúde National Library of Medicine. Foram utilizados Descritores Saúde, português inglês, sendo “Estudantes Medicina” “Medical Students”, Ansiedade, Anxiety COVID-19, associados ao operador booleano AND. Obteve-se, pré-seleção, 128 artigos amostra final, 37 selecionados partir dos critérios inclusão por responderem questão norteadora. Resultados: destacou-se no intervalo 60,1% 70% (n=11) principais pertencer sexo feminino, estar nos períodos iniciais possuir histórico mentais prévios. Conclusão: Esse cenário alta juntamente com encontrados demonstra que são necessárias medidas como campanhas adoção núcleos apoio psicológico, envolvendo diferentes esferas, tais família, as universidades atenção primária.
