Few remote care technologies have been able to integrate clinical routines in the health sector, one of reasons is non-acceptance these by end-users who are professionals. Identify from a review literature research that has studied acceptance behavior professionals and used technology model (TAM) Unified theory use (UTAUT) as theoretical framework. An electronic search was conducted PubMed, Scopus, Web Science databases during period between May June 2021. The articles were identified using predefined inclusion exclusion criteria. All results exported an Excel file. Next, titles abstracts publications assessed two independent reviewers according criteria select relevant studies those found database, Any conflict decision-making selection phase resolved discussion among or, if necessary, with coordinator until consensus reached. Of 531 potentially (duplicates excluded), 32 included this systematic review. These did not test single model, there variety models tested, 7 tested original TAM 6 UTAUT model. While 13 extension (or modified TAM) UTAUT). There on wide applications In majority cases (21 66%), authors specify type application they studied, i.e. generic terms such eHealth, mHealth, Telehealth, or telemedicine. main finding shows still valid predict professionals, even date back several years originally formulated be context technologies.

This study aims to comprehensively understand the intention use Artificial Intelligence Generated Assistance in Design Tools (AIGC) among design students and practitioners, along with its influencing factors. Utilizing Smart-PLS software Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique, we constructed a comprehensive research model. Based on 404 valid questionnaire responses, systematically analyzed underlying mechanisms of designers' attitudes towards AIGC tools. The sample encompasses diverse schools levels professional experience, ensuring wide applicability outcomes. In data analysis process, statistical methods, including path standardized coefficients, were employed ensure profound exploration questions. results indicate that performance expectancy, effort social influence, facilitating conditions significantly positively influence willingness tools, while perceived anxiety risk exert negative impacts. study, by integrating traditional novel factors, provides crucial theoretical practical guidance for actual application technology field, offering insights future development education technology.

Abstract Background Despite the high usage of mobile phones in daily life developing countries like Bangladesh, adoption and mHealth services have been significantly low among elderly population. When searching previous studies, researchers found that no studies empirically investigated whether quality service are significant for by elderlies Bangladesh. Hence , this study aimed to extend Unified Theory Acceptance Use Technology adding find key factors influence elderlies’ intention adopt use Methods A face-to-face structured questionnaire survey method was used collect data from 493 (aged 60 years above) The were analyzed with Structural Equations Modelling (SEM) Fuzzy Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA). Results SEM results suggested Social Influence, Hedonic Motivation, Price Value, Habit, Service Quality had impact ( p < 0.05) on behavioral services. Quality, Life, Habit explaining Behavior Life did not show > effect Behavioral Intention, which is inconsistent existing literature. In addition, fsQCA findings suggest how intensity influencers may contribute versus m-health outcomes. Conclusions implications theory, practice future research as explained paper. originality integration into UTUAT2 explain users’ behavioural behaviour. Overall, shaping appropriate policies designing implementing effectively countries.

Telemedicine adoption has steadily grown due to its ability provide accessible and cost-effective healthcare services. However, individuals' rate still faces challenges, necessitating a comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing their adoption. This article explores affecting telemedicine by integrating Unified Theory Acceptance Use Technology, Information System success model, perceived security. The integrated model is evaluated using hybrid structural equation modeling–artificial neural network (ANN) technique based on data collected from 152 individuals. results showed that performance expectancy, hedonic motivation, security, user satisfaction significantly drive Additionally, affected substantially information quality, system service quality. effort social influence, facilitating conditions do not impact ANN findings revealed most important driver for adoption, with normalized importance 100%. contributes literature providing framework combines two well-established theories, offering insights into multifaceted also practical implications decision-makers, policymakers, providers, software companies, developers, emphasizing addressing identified promote widespread ensure long-term success.
