Low-dose
app-based
contemplative
interventions
for
mental
health

Abstract
Psychological
resilience
has
emerged
as
a
key
factor
in
mental
health
during
the
global
COVID-19
pandemic.
However,
no
work
to
date
synthesised
findings
across
review
or
assessed
reliability
of

quality,

Background:
App-based
contemplative
interventions,
