Methods: Forty-four patients IGD and 50 age-, sex-, education-matched healthy controls (HC group) were recruited for resting state magnetic resonance imaging their activities. The collected data was analyzed using two independent-sample t-test which MATLAB software used extract amplitude fluctuation (dALFF) values abnormal active regions. Person correlation analyze Addiction Test (IAT) SCL-90 scores. Finally, IAT scores, factor scores scale dALFF regions group moderating effects process 4.1 plug-in SPSS26 statistical software. p < 0.05 suggests existence regulatory effects. Results: exhibited alterations local signals several regions, compared HC group. Reduced mainly found inferior temporal gyrus, precuneus, posterior cerebellum lobe, vermis results showed a negative between left precuneus (r=-0.403, = 0.008). clinical indicated that lobe (cerebellum region VI) negatively correlated interpersonal sensitivity score (r=-0.314, 0.034) depression (r=-0.342, 0.033) scale. Abstract The motivation-cognition-behavior model elucidates the intricate psychological mechanisms that contribute to gaming disorder (GD). To test this new model, present study employed cross-lagged analysis investigate reciprocal relationships among academic stress, flow, maladaptive cognition (MGC), and GD symptoms at two time points, 3 months apart. participants were 600 Chinese students (52% male; M age = 9.95) from four primary schools in Hong Kong. multi-group showed significant gender differences. For girls, there one linear relationship (MGC stress) symptoms, MGC flow). boys, MGC, flow stress MGC) but no relationships. These findings highlight complex underlying development children, importance of considering gender-specific factors intervention design for group.

Amaç: Hemşirelik öğrencilerinde teknoloji bağımlılığı ile yaşam doyumu ve psikolojik esneklik arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemek. Yöntem: Kesitsel tanımlayıcı tipteki araştırma, 20.12.2022-20.02.2023 tarihleri arasında Türkiye’nin batısındaki bir üniversitede 449 öğrenciyle yapılmıştır. Verilerin toplanması, kişisel bilgi formu, Teknoloji Bağımlılığı Ölçeği, Yaşam Doyum Ölçeği Psikolojik Esneklik formları sağlanmıştır. Bulgular: toplam puan ortalamasına göre çalışmaya katılan öğrencilerin %41.6’sı orta düzeyde bağımlı, %36.1’i düşük %20’si oldukça %1.6’sı tam bağımlı %0.7’si değil olarak hesaplanmıştır. alt boyutlarından anlık mesajlaşma negatif, çok zayıf ilişki (r=-0.144; p=0.002) çevrimiçi oyun oynama pozitif, (r=0.136; p=0.004) saptanmıştır. ortalamaları (r=0.171; p=0.000) bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Öğrencilerin büyük çoğunluğunda olduğu Çevrimiçi doyumunu artırmaktadır. Covid-19 pandemisi deprem gibi felaketlerle birlikte öğrencilerimizin uzaktan eğitim modeli öğrenimlerine devam etmesi yaşamımızın parçası haline dönüşen teknolojinin yol açtığı bağımlılığını önlemeye yönelik eğitimlerin planlanması önerilmektedir.
