Introduction The long-term extensive development of resource-based cities makes them face problems such as resource exhaustion, industrial structure imbalance, ecological environment deterioration, which urgently need to carry out green transformation. Methods In this study, Entropy-CRITIC-TOPSIS model and coupling coordination degree were constructed estimate analyze the coordinated level upgrading 19 in Northeast China from 2010 2021. Results results showed that situation between rationalization unsatisfactory, proportion uncoordinated was high 89.47%. comparison, advancement relatively better, with all cities’ systems being basically or above. Discussion This suggests should still focus on improving rational allocation resources, environmental protection, utilization. conclusion study provides a theoretical basis for sustainable domestic cities, can also be used reference foreign regions.

In the era of digital economy (DE), traditional economic growth paradigm is no longer applicable. To explore whether DE can improve urban ecological problems left behind by rough growth, this study examines effects land resource mismatch (LRM) on resilience (UER) and evaluates mitigating influence DE. This analysis utilizes data from 280 prefectural-level cities in China over period 2007 to 2021 reveals that LRM significantly undermines UER, with conclusion remaining robust across a series tests. Additionally, detrimental impact UER more pronounced megacities, high levels development, those lower degree advanced industrial structure. further analysis, finds optimize allocation resources, thereby enhancing resilience, which has effect “treating root causes”. addition, government infrastructure, as key elements economy, also mitigate negative impacts misallocation having symptoms”. Finally, proposes policy suggestions such optimizing layout, deepening reform, promoting infrastructure construction provide theoretical basis practical guidance for local governments enhance help build new model greener, resilient, sustainable development.

The digital economy is the future direction of global development, and its innovation-driven effect has become focus scholars. This study takes China’s Shanghai Shenzhen A-share listed manufacturing enterprises from 2012 to 2022 as research samples uses a text-analysis method measure comprehensive index regional economy. Based on dual dimensions quantity quality, we empirically test actual impact innovation. results show following: (1) internal components include data elements, technology, infrastructure, which have significant role in promoting (2) There are differences release innovation dividends among with different growth stages, property rights, technology endowments. (3) From macro-regional level, rational allocation R&D personnel funds an effective way for enable In addition, micro-enterprise factor-combination information-optimization effects also ways drive (4) Further, nonlinear, changes composition. helps break through obstacles achieve empowerment provides theoretical reference industry continue spur vitality.

In the digital era, economy has a far-reaching impact on collaborative agglomeration of manufacturing and service industries. This research aims to examine economic relationship between industrial agglomeration. Based panel data set 286 Chinese cities, this employs Tobit model, moderating effect mediating model conduct analysis. It is found that nonlinear with agglomeration, U-shape. Moderating analysis reveals government intervention significantly regulates role in Mediating indicates promotes through entrepreneurial activity. Heterogeneity shows facilitating high-end industries comes earlier than middle- low-end Moreover, finds plays significant central western regions China but not eastern region. To enhance it crucial strengthen engagement ensure availability technology.
