Cancer remains a global health challenge, necessitating continuous advancements in diagnostic and treatment strategies. This review focuses on the utility of non-invasive biomarkers cancer diagnosis treatment, their role early detection, disease monitoring, personalized therapeutic interventions. Through systematic literature, we identified 45 relevant studies that highlight potential these across various types, such as breast, prostate, lung, colorectal cancers. The discussed include liquid biopsies, epigenetic markers, non-coding RNAs, exosomal cargo, metabolites. Notably, particularly those based circulating tumour DNA (ctDNA), have emerged most promising method for early, detection due to ability provide comprehensive genetic information from easily accessible blood samples. demonstrates how can facilitate accurate subtyping, tailored strategies, thereby improving patient outcomes. It underscores transformative oncology, highlighting application enhancing survival rates, precision care.

Context: Prostate cancer remains a significant global health concern, and understanding the molecular drivers of this disease is crucial for developing effective diagnostic therapeutic strategies. Steroid receptor coactivator-3 (SRC-3), member SRC family, has emerged as key player in prostate pathogenesis. Aims: To examine role SRC-3 cancer, encompassing mechanisms, clinical implications, opportunities. Methods: A systematic literature search following PRISMA guidelines was conducted PubMed, PMC, other relevant databases to identify studies that investigate cancer. Results: 785 articles were retrieved from using specific keywords MeSH terms related Cancer. After removing 461 duplicates, 260 excluded based on title abstract review. Subsequently, comprehensive screening by three researchers resulted 47 Evidence suggests expression correlates with aggressiveness, recurrence, poor patient outcomes. Its potential biomarker target if explored, offers insights into personalized medicine approaches. Conclusions: plays pivotal influencing progression Understanding intricacies new opportunities precision innovative This review provides overview SRC-3's involvement emphasizing its relevance target, ultimately contributing improved care era oncology.
